MISSION
To uphold the church's philosophy of holistic ministry to the needs of youth as follows.

VISION
The inclusive ministry which involves young people from within and outside the Africa Inland Church Tanzania.

VALUES
1. To equip youth with the Word of God through Bible studies and seminars.
2. To encourage spiritual growth in the youth using a variety of Bible studies.
3. To create opportunities for youth to share their faith in the Lord through organized meetings and camps.
4. To organize small projects to enable young people young to earn some income.
5. To offer training in a variety of skills, enabling young Christians to access employment opportunities.
5. To encourage young people to use their spiritual gifts, skills and talents for God's glory.

CURRENT ACTIVITIES
1. The Church, countrywide, has set Thursday evening every week for the youth fellowship. Youth meet in the Church for Bible study, teaching and prayers.
2. The Church has set the last week of July as a youth week every year.
Under the co-ordination from the headquarters, seminars are organized to teach various Christian subjects to equip them sipiritually.
3. Currently, there are four small projects that are run by the youth at Magomeni local Church, Kibaha local Church,Changanyikeni local Church and Mbeya local Churches. Other Local Churches do not have such projects as yet.
